Meet Sheryl Campbell
Sheryl is a vibrant, much loved Mudgee local of 45 years. She has been practising yoga for over 30 years, developing a deep understanding of how the body changes and adapts throughout life. Her approach is grounded in the belief that yoga should support you as you are — not ask you to change or keep up.
At the heart of One Breath Yoga is the philosophy of investing in longevity and lifelong wellbeing. Age, stiffness or limited mobility are never barriers. Yoga is a personal practice, and every body is welcome.

We offer different approaches as we understand that not everybody likes doing yoga the same way!
Classes are held across the greater Mudgee and Gulgong area, with sessions available in studios, private venues, outdoor spaces and retreat-style settings.

Gentle to intermediate classes focusing on mobility, flexibility, balance and strength.
Suitable for all ages, with a particular focus on 50+ wellbeing.

Personal Yoga Sessions
Not into group classes? Sheryl offers private, personalised sessions tailored to your individual needs, goals and abilities. Available in-home or outdoor sessions.

Functions & Retreats
Yoga sessions for private functions, hens weekends or special gatherings. Classes can be arranged by request in Mudgee, Gulgong and surrounding region.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
Not at all. Yoga is about improving mobility and strength over time, not about being flexible to begin with. Classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate students, with options offered to suit different abilities.
I’m over 50 — is this yoga right for me?
Absolutely. One Breath Yoga has a particular focus on mobility, flexibility and strength for people aged 50+, with a gentle and supportive approach. Of course, we welcome younger students too.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A YOGA CLASS?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and anything you need to feel comfortable. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask before your class.
How many people are in each class?
Class sizes are relaxed and welcoming. While there is no strict limit, classes are kept at a comfortable size so everyone feels supported.
Are classes held indoor or outdoors?
Classes are primarily held indoors at Mudgee Yoga Studio. Private sessions and group bookings may also be arranged in outdoor settings or alternative venues, depending on availability and suitability.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS OR CLASSES?
Yes. Private one-on-one sessions and private group classes (including hens weekends and corporate retreats) are available by arrangement. Contact us for a custom quote.
